Define
Through the intake process, EQ-i 2.0 assessment and conversation, we will define your goals and objectives. During this process, the foundation for the coaching will be established. You will gain clarity on your strengths as well as an understanding of your learning and leadership styles.
Determine
Together, we will determine what about you has helped to make you successful in the past and gotten you where you are now. Through a process of obtaining feedback from your circle of influence, we will determine opportunities for development.
Declare
At this point, we will develop a strategy for you to achieve success. You will have a clear picture of your goal and how you need to be as a leader to achieve that goal. You will declare how you want to be and what actions you will take to support that vision.
Deploy
It is time to take your declaration and deploy! We will create an accountability framework for you to hold yourself to your declared plan and give you the discipline to follow through and achieve success.
